Trailer Specifications

We build tear drop trailers to our exacting specifications. We use quality materials so your tear drop will last and provide you with years of camping pleasure.

Terry is currently building a 1956 "Canned Ham" and we have no trailers in stock. Since it takes about 10-12 weeks to build, it is too late for this season. If you are interested in a trailer for 2010, please write us.

Our basic trailers are the traditional 4' x 8'. The inside sleeping compartment is 6'2" long.

We will now offer unfinished trailers! The unfinished trailers will not include the finished galley nor the cabinets and mattress inside. Power will be an option.

The basic unfinished trailers include:

	Torsion axle
	Curb weight about 850 lbs.
	15" wheels and tires
	Fenders
	2 doors for easy access
	Windows on each side
	14" roof vent for ventilation
	Wooded sides for authentic look - clear coated to keep it fresh
	Aluminum top - clear coated for good looks and ease of cleaning
	Wired for power both inside and out - optional

Additional options - such as a inside cabinets, wiring, galley, porthole windows, reproduction fenders, porthole windows, mattress, etc. can be added at additional cost. Please contact us to discuss what you'd like in your basic trailer.

Our own design for the galley includes:

All drawers on heavy duty sliders

A sliding tray for the cooler

A sliding tray for your cook stove

2 upper cabinets for dishes

Formica laminate on shelves for ease of cleaning

Wired for power both inside and out

14" roof vent for ventilation

Wooded sides for authentic look - clear coated to keep it fresh

Aluminum top - clear coated for good looks and ease of cleaning

4" or 5" foam mattress

Includes cooler similar to one on Pictures page

Includes cookstove similar to one on Pictures page

Because each trailer is custom made, to your colors, delivery time is 12-14 weeks.

Price for standard complete trailer - $9,000.00

Order requires $3,500 down; balance at delivery. Free delivery within 500 miles. Over 500 miles - we will discuss.
